While overcoming chronic health issues and one obstacle after another, spiritual practice and self-care became my priority. Journaling, drawing, and spending time in nature helped me release my emotional pain while both of my parents were experiencing their health setbacks.
In addition, I found myself helping others by sharing my story and spiritual healing journey.
Writing has become a way to inspire and encourage healthy spiritual practices that will ensure positive moments in everyday life to bring awareness of the inner battles as a helper, caregiver, and survivor of trauma.
